As the name shows, the bakery is one of the first branches of our group. With a tradition that dates back one century, Panifcom is now the largest bakery manufacturer in Iași County. On a daily average, 100,000 loaves reach the tables of our customers. That’s why we use the best technological equipment and we want to always obtain high-quality products. This would not be possible without the passionate work of our management team and skilled bakers.
Our great advantage is that the whole production process is automated. Starting from the silos area, with a capacity of up to 350 tons, the ingredients go directly into three parallel production lines. The whole process takes place without touching the product, packaging included. To ensure optimal results, we monitor the steps of the entire process, from preparing the mixture to cooling and packing the bread through one of the three automated Hartmann lines. Subsequently, we provide the ideal storage of products and cover the distribution throughout the region of Moldova with the help of our modern fleet of cars.
