What do we do for our bread?

Clean Recipe/ Transparency of Ingredients

At Panifcom we understood that bread is not made in the laboratory and we went against the trend of adding “chemistry”. With the help of ancient technologies and recipes, using slow fermentation and the soul of bread, the Sourdough, we have reinvented the industrial manufacturing process in bakery. It seems that everybody knows how to make bread with enhancers and preservatives – but today we are ready to offer our consumers a range of bread full of health, with a clean recipe, without E’s, enhancers and preservatives.

We use the best quality raw materials and control the entire process from the ground to the grain of wheat, from the flour and up to bread’s end. We have updated old recipes and use the highest technology to produce what we call “Clean Recipe Bread”. The Clean Recipe actually means a whole bunch of clean land, ethics, science, observation, technology, research and the given and respected word.

On the other hand, we put everything related to the safety of our products first, but we also thought about protecting nature and made these two vectors our main goals. The packaging we use is recyclable and keeps everything this may good for longer.
